The number of laws challenged by the Government in this legislature has risen to 6, out of the 43 approved so far by the Regional Council.

The latest were the Framework Law on Local Public Transport and, above all, the "Save Home" law , which in its Sardinian version did not incorporate the Ministerial Decree on the square meters of mini-apartments, setting the minimum limit at 28 instead of 20.

The majority, however, expresses confidence in the Constitutional Court, pointing out Sardinia's primary jurisdiction over urban planning. The opposition, however, calls it a "disaster waiting to happen."
