The match against Torino on Sunday at 12.30 at San Siro will not only be a festive catwalk in front of its fans for Inter, fresh from the Scudetto and second star: the lunch match of the 34th matchday of Serie A will also be the first match of the top championship of Italian football to be managed by an all-female team.

The referee Maria Sole Ferrieri Caputi will in fact be joined by the linesmen Francesca Di Monte and Tiziana Trasciatti.

Ferrieri Caputi, Di Monte and Trasciatti were also the first three women to referee a match in the Serie B championship, in December 2022 (Frosinone-Ternana), and, in January 2023, again together, they refereed a match for the first time Italian Cup, Napoli-Cremonese, valid for the round of 16.

Now the "debut" in Serie A.
