"I consider the accusation against my client not only unfounded but deeply ungenerous for a mother who has raised her children in the best possible way, even that of the plaintiff. I trust in full acquittal".

This is the comment of the lawyer Davide Steccanella defines the accusation against Claudia Ughi , the former partner of the Juventus coach Massimilano Allegri , sued by the latter for having spent "for himself" - so the coach claims - money instead destined to support the child.

On the basis of the prosecution's accusation, the woman is responsible for embezzlement of about 200 thousand euros and violation of family obligations.

The proceeding was initiated following a complaint from the coach . The preliminary hearing in front of the Turin gup has been set for next 5 July, but there should be a postponement.
