Closing with a bang for the Alguer Summer Festival which with the party dedicated to the 90s attracted over 5 thousand people to the Ivan Graziani amphitheater.

«The Alguer Summer Festival closes its second edition in style and confirms itself as one of the most awaited events of the summer. But the events and entertainment on the Coral Riviera do not end and accompany citizens and tourists for the entire month of September, with Sant Miquel and the Cap d'Any, one of the most engaging, rich and attended identifying appointments in Sardinia».

Thus the president of the Alghero Foundation, Andrea Delogu, greets the season of great shows in the Maria Pia area, redeveloped and enhanced thanks to the intervention of the municipal administration, and thanks the numerous partners for the support and the impeccable organization that has allowed to safely host tens of thousands of young people and families for days of pure fun, under the banner of great artistic quality. Sold out also for the final evening of the Alguer Summer Festival 2023.

"Voglio Tornare Nelle Anni 90", the party that celebrates a decade and which on Tuesday 22 August stopped in Sardinia for the first time, saw the participation of five thousand people, who flocked under the stage of the Ivan Graziani amphitheater to celebrate all together another summer of great music, concerts and shows. The kermesse created by the will of Shining Production with the support of the Alghero Foundation, in collaboration with The Terrible Girls and Roble Factory , this year hosted great names from the national and international artistic scene, welcoming over 25,000 spectators including citizens, tourists and visitors. Alguer Summer Festival stood out for the quality of the proposed program, which was able to satisfy a large and heterogeneous audience.
From Gianni Morandi to Enrico Brignano, passing by Angelo Pintus (event organized by R&G Music). Then the notes of the Zen Circus, Verdena and Mannarino - guests of Abbabula Festival - up to the unique event, special with free admission, which in just one night saw Dardust as protagonists - first on piano only at the Nuragic Village of Palmavera and then at the Ivan Graziani with Duality Tour - followed by the dj set by Daddy G, founder of the legendary Massive Attack. The welcome also registered for the proposed parties, selected among the most popular throughout the country.

From Zarro Night, to Teenage Dream: the revelation party of 2023, concluding precisely with I Want To Come Back In The 90s (event, like Zarro Night, organized in collaboration with the Alghero Crazy Events Association).

«Alghero has reconquered a space for the citizens and the many guests capable of attracting an important slice of tourism, generating the economy and promoting art and culture. A structure that was abandoned today exists thanks to the planning and concrete implementation of a commitment that has been respected. Even the last event of this summer 2023 at the Ivan Graziani amphitheater was a success like all the others held in this area which, I like to remember, was in total decay up to three years ago. In 2021 it was quickly refurbished with the commitment of the Municipality and the resources made available by the Region, then the skilful direction of the Alghero Foundation which, together with the agencies and artists, brought the amphitheater back to life», he underlines the mayor Mario Conoci, who applauds the commitment of the many professionals involved in planning and managing such a rich, participatory and exciting season.

In the same vein, the councilor for Culture and Tourism of the city, Alessandro Cocco. «Over a month of great events, entertainment and above all great promotion for the city of Alghero, fundamental for our destination, thanks to the nationally and internationally renowned artists we have hosted. This is demonstrated by the data that indicate Alghero as a sought-after and youthful destination. The relaunch of the Ivan Graziani Amphitheater with the program of events organized by the Tourism Department and the Foundation is a great investment for the Alghero tourist system».
