Accademia Olearia conquers the palates of Italians and Forbes, the most famous magazine in the world on rankings, economic culture, entrepreneurial leadership, innovation and lifestyle dedicates its cover and a feature to it in the supplement “Eccellenze 2025”.

“The Green Gold of Sardinia” is the title of the in-depth study dedicated to the history of Accademia Olearia and the Fois family of Alghero .

Founded in Alghero in 1827, the Fois farm has, over the years, increasingly specialized in olive growing, through the enhancement of local resources and products. A process spanning four generations until 2000, the turning point: Giuseppe Fois decided to include his sons Alessandro and Antonello in the family business. This is how Accademia Olearia was born, which today boasts an extension of 300 hectares of olive groves with approximately 34,000 olive trees, mainly Cultivar Bosana.
