Alghero, Plataforma per la Llengua has a new headquarters
Volunteers have been organizing events to promote the Alghero language for ten years

The Plataforma per la Llengua has a new headquarters for the promotion of the Alghero language. The headquarters is located in via Ardoino 44, in the heart of the historic center.
Also present at the ribbon cutting were Òscar Escuder, Mireia Plana and Rut Carandell, respectively president, vice-president and director of the association.

Mauro Mulas, Plataforma delegate for Llengua in Alghero, wanted to remember the ten years of hard work of the volunteers to enhance the Alghero language. “Dozens of campaigns, projects and ideas, carried out in our own way, in an inclusive, open and participatory way,” he said, underlining the collaboration with the Obra Cultural de l'Alguer on several joint initiatives.
From today the inaugurated spaces will become the operational center to coordinate all Plataforma activities for the Llengua in Alghero, starting with the Feast of Sant Joan de la Porta Llatina, scheduled for the first week of May.
