The Cap D'Any in Alghero is not yet finished. The initiatives continue tomorrow, January 3rd from 6.30 pm, in the Conference Room of the Quarter, where a concert is scheduled with many Sardinian artists, some of the best known in our region.

Event promoted by the Alghero Foundation and the Municipality. Participating in the evening will be Gian Mario Virdis, the Sardinian singer-songwriter who, with Enzo Mugoni and others, set up the project "Never again broken dreams", one of the largest charitable initiatives in recent years in favor of Casa Ail Sassari, directed by Marilena Rimini.

Many voices united to save human lives. An artist on the crest of the wave for many years, Enzo Mugoni, one of the best-known singer-songwriters, has several times had the honor of appearing in programs on national television networks. There will also be some of the most beautiful current female voices in Sardinia: artists of the caliber of Silvia Sanna, Cecilia Concas, Lucia Budroni, Maria Giovanna Cherchi, all belonging to the various music for life projects in favor of the Ail, who, although being among the best young talents of Sardinian song, they perform on the most important local and national stages.

Representing the song from Alghero is Antonello Colledanchise, International Tacita Muta Prize 2023, who has 8 music albums and two books of poetry to his credit. Accompanying him in a permanent duo for some years is the artist Susanna Carboni, singer and musician, with whom Colledanchise recently toured Catalunya and several local concerts. Some of his pieces also feature the participation of Isa Sanna and Elisa Ceravola (transverse flute) and Saphira Cabula (percussion).

The singer-songwriter Cecilia Concas will present the evening. During the evening the Ail will be present and anyone who wants will be able to purchase some of their products or music CDs or books by local artists. The proceeds will be used by the Association itself for the charitable purposes it has been involved in for years. Many human lives have been saved with these simple initiatives.
