The Encontres Corals de Autunjo will open tomorrow, Friday 4 October, the new event organised by the Coro Polifonico Algherese within the programme of the 28th edition of Estudi Polifonic , the event organised by the Coro Polifonico Algherese and financed by the Salude&Trigu action of the Chamber of Commerce and Crafts of Sassari, and by the Alghero Foundation, included in the summer programme AlgheroExperience.

Tomorrow, from 8:30 p.m., the Joves Ensemble of the Algherese Polyphonic Choir, directed by maestro Maria Gabriella Mura, will open the event hosted in the Cathedral of Santa Maria in Alghero. Following, there will be performances by the Algherese Polyphonic Choir itself, directed by maestro Ugo Spanu (artistic director of the event), the Amicos in Cantos Choir of Galtellì (directed by maestro Maria Bonaria Monne) and the Urisè Female Choir of Orosei (directed by maestro Daniela Contu), who will present their repertoires rich in traditional Sardinian melodies and newly composed popular music.

The event, with free admission, is scheduled for tomorrow, Friday 4 October, from 8:30 pm, in the Cathedral of Santa Maria in Alghero.
