Aleksandar Kolarov is the new sporting director of Pisa.
The sports director, who took the place of Claudio Chiellini who had terminated the contract by mutual agreement a few days ago , has signed a two-year agreement with the Nerazzurri, which will take effect from 1 July 2023.
After a long and important career as a footballer which saw him protagonist in prestigious clubs such as Inter, Manchester City, Rome, Lazio and Stella Rossa, as well as having worn the Serbian national team shirt 94 times, Aleksandar Kolarov has chosen to continue his experience in the world of football as sports director and completed the course in Coverciano in the spring . Yesterday the club sacked coach Luca D'Angelo.
Kolarov will be in Pisa in the next few hours to start team building.
