Two meters of energy, versatility to play both as a winger and as a center, at least in Serie A2, constant evolution: Simone Aromando, 29, is Dinamo's first acquisition for the 2026/27 season.

Originally from Monza, Aromando arrived in the second division after positive experiences in the national B series with Teramo, Faenza, and Mestre, where he led the team to promotion with 18.5 points and 8 rebounds per game. He also stood out for his time with the Mestre club last season, in A2: 10 points, 40% three-point shooting, and 5 rebounds per game. These performances earned him a call-up to Pesaro for the promotion playoffs, where he produced 10 points in 22 minutes on the court.

Simone Aromando stated: "I'm very happy and proud to be coming to Sassari. When Dinamo called, I was pleasantly surprised: we're talking about a historic club in Italian basketball, and for me, it represents a very important step in the journey I've built over the years. Speaking with Coach Vitali, I immediately sensed great ambition."
