With just over a month to go until the end of the redundancy fund and the collective dismissal takes place, the 1,322 employees of Air Italy return to demonstrate with a series of protests organized in view of the meetings that the unions should obtain in the coming days with the Regional Council of Sardinia and with the Ministry of Labor.
The first will take place tomorrow in Cagliari, at 12, under the headquarters of the Regional Council, the second instead is scheduled for Monday 22 in Rome, starting at 10, in front of the Ministry of Economic Development.
"Other demonstrations will be launched immediately afterwards, in order to re-emerge the Air Italy dispute which, despite being the main dispute in Sardinia and one of the most important in the country, continues to be inexplicably relegated to the margins of the national and regional political agenda", explains the regional secretary of the Anpav, Marco Bardini.
"Given that there is no longer any trace - complaint - of the Sardinian public airline project, anticipated by the representatives of the highest regional institution in the aftermath of the liquidation declaration of Air Italy, if the Government does not immediately find alternative solutions to the dismissal , 1,322 workers, half of whom Sardinians and the other half Lombard, will no longer have any future ".
