After the announcement last week, the Ita Airways lawyers filed appeals against the exclusion from the tender for the assignment of routes between the three airports of the island (Alghero, Cagliari and Olbia) and the hubs to the Tar of Sardinia national airports of Fiumicino and Linate.

They filed a single appeal for each route, which hang like a sword of Damocles on facilitated flights for Sardinians currently entrusted to Volotea, which obtained them following a subsequent negotiated procedure. The same low cost was excluded from the first tender for lack of documents, then the commission had also ousted the new company born from the ashes of Alitalia for lack of certain requirements.

Volotea had also filed an appeal for his exclusion, a hearing in private is scheduled for Wednesday. And in a few days the administrative judges, true arbitrators of continuity, will be called to express themselves on the new appeal of Ita and on its precautionary request to suspend the acts of exclusion from the announcement and all subsequent ones, including therefore the assignment of the routes to Volotea. .
