Many projects dedicated to women with roles of responsibility in Italy, including the upcoming one: with Me at the center , which will be presented in Milan on September 25th

The initiative
The Con Me al Centro plan , built thanks to the Unicredit Banking Academy and the support of the Bicocca University of Milan , sees a sustained synergy between prestigious partners, such as AIDDA (Association of Entrepreneurs and Women Company Managers ).
Here the online path is divided into different phases to be implemented so that women (without age restrictions), who decide to get back into the game, can enjoy the right opportunities to start their own business idea .
With the help of a digital platform, interested parties will have access to training and orientation, free of charge , so as to gather all the knowledge and networking tools of entrepreneurship , with the support of certification issued by the POLIMI Graduate School of Management .
There are five steps of the project : I orient myself, I learn more, I compare, I plan and I connect . We start by identifying the potential of the business idea in an orientation course influenced by Ernesto Sirolli's Trinity of Management® method, which has contributed to the success of multiple businesses. Next is the in-depth analysis of the key principles such as: The realization of the idea, the market, the product and sustainability, the marketing strategies and the business plan. This investigation is developed with the support of ISapiens, Bicocca University, POLIMI Graduate School of Management, Miriam Bertoli (Digital & Content Marketing Strategist, Lecturer and consultant), Francesca Gino (Professor of Business Administration and Negotiation at the Harvard Business School). IBM courses have also been made available which will deal with Cybersecurity, Data Science, Project Management, Design Thinking, Agile, Cloud Computing.
This will be followed by moments of discussion with experts and entrepreneurs so as to avoid any doubts, all coordinated with the support of Professor Azzurra Rinaldi , Director of the School of Gender Economics at the Unitelma Sapienza University of Rome.
The part relating to the business plan and access to financing is organized by former UniCredit employees who make their time and skills available to the participants.
The last phase allows contact with national stakeholders , such as AIDDA, and the territory who will support the business start-up.
The program will be launched in Milan, at the Bicocca University, on the morning of September 25th at 9:30.

AIDDA, proud promoter
Founded in 1961, in Turin, the organization has always aimed at maximizing the role of women in professional society so as to act as an active stimulus to the socio-economic and cultural fabric of the entrepreneurial country.
A long experience which has brought together, to date, 800 members , supports small, medium and large Italian women-owned businesses in various product sectors and with its thirteen regional delegations , the AIDDA association represents a turnover of over twelve billion euros with approximately thirty-five thousand employees .
With this strength and dedication, AIDDA places itself at the service of this project as the primary supporter of its success: to enthusiastically help other women and generate solidarity towards a future of prosperity and harmony for the emerging female generations.
Women, as we know, are directed with a natural sensitivity to care and detail and, in this sense, guarantee a function necessary for the growth of the country's economy in all its facets: the voice of women is increasingly greater and of intense relevance , it is undeniable.
" Women are used to caring, in the family, in the strength of empathy, and this objective is achieved in a team by sharing experiences in a growing synergy ", Lucina Cellino, President of the Sardinia Delegation of AIDDA is convinced of this, highlighting how fundamental it is the union of intent and how the idea of guaranteed success is renewed when a team made up of women acts for other women.
