Giancarlo Magalli convicted by the Court of Milan for aggravated defamation of Adriana Volpe.

The conductor had been sued by his colleague after an interview appeared on "Who", in November 2017.

After four years of judicial battle, the sentence arrived. The judge thus ordered that Magalli pay, in addition to the payment of a fine of 14 thousand euros, a provisional payment of 25 thousand euros as compensation for the "damages suffered" by the civil party Adriana Volpe, assisted by the lawyers Michele Briamonte, Nicola Menardo and Stefania Nubile of the Studio Grande Stevens.

The sentence was commented by Magalli on Facebook as follows: "The judge gave me a fine (which I don't even have to pay), a provisional fee (which I don't have to pay) and legal fees (which I will pay)".
