It starts in exactly one week: next Sunday at the PalaSerradimigni against Varese (8 pm) for the first round of the sixteenth consecutive Serie A championship. Dinamo arrives with a revolutionized team, 10 new players out of 12, which is still to be discovered.

The final part of the preseason confused rather than clarified things. After some good performances against foreign opponents, three losses came against Italian teams: 70-74 against Trento, 78-89 against Trapani (which was also missing four players), and 66-77 against newly promoted Cantù.

The common denominator : offensive struggles, where they're struggling to top 70 points. From what we can gather from the preseason, Bulleri's team needs guard Johnson and small forward Marshall to play well together because they seem to be the only ones besides Thomas who can produce performances around 20 points per game.

Beliauskas is a very reliable replacement, and the quartet of big men (Thomas, McGlymm, Vincini, and Mezzanotte) should have filled the gaps in rebounding.

Hopefully, with the upcoming competitive fixtures, Dinamo will begin to show signs of a more incisive attack. A strong start is essential to instill confidence and belief in a brand-new group.
