A Prince for Ranieri: Cagliari receives a visit from Enzo Francescoli
The former rossoblù met the team and the coach, who coached him in his first year in Italy

A Prince at Ranieri's court, even if only for one day. During the daily training session, Cagliari received a visit from one of its most illustrious exes, the Uruguayan Enzo Francescoli .
The champion, on holiday in Sardinia, took the opportunity to visit the team in Asseminello , and in particular the rossoblù coach. Francescoli and Ranieri, in fact, have already met during the Roman coach's first experience on the island. It took place in the 1990-91 season , the Prince's first in Cagliari (and in Italy) and Sir Claudio's last, before leaving for Naples. In that championship, finished in fourteenth place by the Sardinians, the South American champion scored four goals.
During the visit to the sports centre, Francescoli also had a chat with the current Uruguayans of Cagliari, Nahitan Nandez and Gaston Pereiro .
