It is called " Hiring and job stabilization bonuses " and is the latest measure of almost 42 million put in place by the regional councilor for employment, Desirè Manca , which aims to support people who encounter greater difficulties in the job market, encouraging companies to increase their hiring plans. 50% relief for 12 months for fixed-term hires, for 24 months for permanent ones .

The intervention is aimed at improving the living conditions of many people, unemployed or poor workers, by supporting processes of increasing employment through the granting of hiring or stabilization bonuses and the promotion of employment inclusion measures.

The measure is aimed at Sardinian companies, but above all at all citizens in conditions of unemployment or precarious workers , with particular attention to those in particular disadvantages with respect to employment status or age. The bonuses will be linked to the gross monthly wages of new hires (or workers) and will determine greater and more incentivising aid intensities for the most disadvantaged recipients or those involved in a progressive worsening of living conditions, even if already employed, such as in particular people over 50 years old.
