One hundred years after the birth of Pier Paolo Pasolini , a project that aims to make young people aware of social inclusion through dance .

A few days before the end of the year, " Be Included !", a project promoted by the association of Local Authorities for cultural activities and shows with the support of the Ministry of Culture, the Foundation of Sardinia and the Region, is drawing to a close. initiative is inspired by the great director and playwright to analyze and combat the problem of discomfort , still widespread among the younger generations today.

One of the themes dearest to the literate of the last century was precisely the condition of anonymity, the position of those who choose to be like anyone. Pasolini strongly condemned this voluntary choice, contrasted their alignment to equality and their lack of singularity. His conviction of the need to be active , to find solutions to improve and to stand out from the crowd , thus also contributing to the growth of the entire company, was the inspiration behind the project.

And the search for the right key capable of involving young people, promoting inclusion, is precisely the central theme of the project, in two appointments in Sarroch and San Gavino Monreale, respectively on 19 and 20 December. Both will take place at 5 pm, both will be "site specific": the locations will not in fact be revealed in advance but will be chosen, in line with the aim of the project, taking into account the meeting points of young people , so that they are surprised and also attracted for this from the show, and are consequently led to reflect on the theme of inclusion, so dear to Pasolini as well.

For the preparatory stage of the show, an 11-day artistic residency has been scheduled which will kick off today, during which three under 35 performers , skilfully coordinated by Anouscka Brodacz, will elaborate the choreography, connecting with each other, always referring to the work and thought of Pasolini, with the aim of being a stimulus, an inspiring reason for the young people who will see them dance.
