Spindox spa, a reference company in the market of ICT services and products intended for digital innovation in the business business, has acquired 51% of Stackhouse srl, a company based in Cagliari (in viale Trieste) specialized in the full-stack development of multi-platform applications (mobile / web), with strong skills on both the front-end and the back-end side (Html, Css, JavaScript, Php, Python and other scripting languages).

For Luca Foglino, managing director of Spindox, the two companies "present themselves on the market together with an even more significant critical mass and with technical skills of the highest level".

The Stackhouse team has already grown from 8 to 23 employees. The founding members, Giulia Podda and Andrea Zucca, will remain at the helm, under the guidance of the managing director Filippo Candio.
