Almost eighty years have passed. Second World War, February 17, 1943: Cagliari suffers the first heavy air attack - other devastating ones will follow - by the Anglo-American forces.

The memory of those days returns with "Cagliari 1943: The war inside the house", a production by Cada Die Teatro directed by Pierpaolo Piludu, which will be staged tomorrow, Thursday 17 February, at 9 pm, at the Teatro Si 'e Boi in Selargius. . Precisely on the day of the anniversary of that tragic event, the show is represented once again - it has taken place for seventeen years - the show that was born from a theatrical laboratory directed by Piludu, author of the text with the collaboration of the "over" students of the School of Performing Arts of the historic Cagliari company. A contribution to keeping alive the memory of the follies of war and fascism, which led to the destruction of the capital city.

On the stage of the Si e 'Boi Theater, therefore, the "mature" actors of the School of Performing Arts of Cada Die (Rita Anedda, Clara Belfiori, Salvatore Cao, Riccarda Curreli, Doriano Ferrari, Giannella Manca, Paola Ferro, Carlo Onnis, Angela Palmas, Maria Antonietta Pinna, Susanna Pinna, Massimo Pisano, Daniela Scotto, Carlo Sorresu, Mariella Vella, Ida Ximenes), some of them direct witnesses of those days.
