A 16-year-old falls from her scooter in Sennori: seriously ill. Mother's appeal: "Donate blood, she needs to be operated on"
The young woman is hospitalized in critical conditions in the intensive care unit of the Santissima Annunziata in Sassari
A 16-year-old girl, originally from Sorso, is hospitalized in serious conditions in the intensive care unit of the civil hospital of Sassari, due to an accident that occurred at the entrance to Sennori on the evening of April 25th.
According to what has been reconstructed, the scooter on which the 16-year-old was traveling in the company of a boy, who remained unharmed, skidded and the young woman ended up on the ground, suffering serious injuries.
Initially his condition did not seem critical, but it worsened after he was transferred by the 118 ambulance to Santissima Annunziata, in code red.
The young woman underwent two delicate surgeries for liver trauma. Now mother Francesca is making a heartfelt appeal on social media to anyone who would like to donate blood. In fact, her 16-year-old daughter will have to undergo further surgery.
She is currently being monitored by doctors and the prognosis is reserved.
