Three days after the accident involving an ENAV aircraft, today another plane had a problem on the runway of the Costa Smeralda airport .

According to checks by the authorities of the Gallura airport, a private plane, a Pilatus PC-12, changed direction while moving on the runway due to a flat tire. The airport remained closed for a few dozen minutes between 11am and 1pm, just enough time to move the Swiss-made single-engine plane and make the runway safe.

Two flights were diverted to Alghero and one had a slight delay. The inconveniences were contained, no problems for the people on board the Pilatus.
