The celebration for Inter's twentieth championship continues to be discussed.

It is not the historic rivals of Inzaghi's team that are on a war footing, but animal rights activists. The reason? During the celebrations , a black and blue colored cow appeared with the names of some players written on it .

The International Organization for Animal Protection (Oipa) has presented a complaint to the Prosecutor's Office and asked the Animal Rights Guarantors of the Municipality of Milan to proceed with the appropriate checks.

The cow was brought in front of the Inter headquarters in Viale della Liberazione.

«This is a sad episode which can constitute a crime for incompatible detention or in any case a form of mistreatment and, also from an administrative point of view, it is a sanctionable case», underlined the Oipa which «formally requests the forces of order whether the handler has been identified and whether sanctions have been inflicted for this disfigurement".

"Like the donkey dressed in the Napoli colors paraded last year on the occasion of the Neapolitan team's championship - concluded the animal rights association - this is an abuse of the poor animals reduced to a banner, mortified and humiliated ."
