Queued for hours in front of the health ticket counter and then sent home because the service closes. Even today there were serious inconveniences for users of the Paolo Dettori hospital in Tempio.

Only one operator, who is obviously not at fault for the disservice, worked all morning without being able to deal with all the requests. Many people who were in hospital early returned home without having completed the procedure.

For contractual reasons (the operator is provided by a temporary agency) the desk operates a limited number of hours per day. Some users have written to the regional health councilor reporting the problem.

In the Paolo Dettori space used for the service there is an electronic device for issuing tickets, but doctors are not in a position to use the electronic documents issued by the totem. The heaviest inconveniences are for pensioners and people arriving in Tempio from all the centers in the health district.
