Truck full of pilgrims heading to the sanctuary overturns in Mexico: 14 dead
In addition to the victims, there are also 31 injured, the driver lost control of the vehicle
A truck full of pilgrims overturned in Mexico. The still not definitive toll of the accident speaks of 14 dead and 31 injured.
The vehicle was traveling on the state road that leads from Malinalco to Joquicingo, with destination a sanctuary. The driver apparently lost control of the truck which went off the road and then overturned.
The pilgrims were originally from San Luis de la Paz, in the State of Guanajuato, and were going to the Sanctuary of Chalma.
Further investigations into the dynamics of the tragedy are underway.
