A shirtless man wandering around via Malta. He has a bottle in his hand. Look for someone. Then he will be the one to stay on the ground. Hit in the head by a bolt, or perhaps a hammer blow.

There is a video that captures the moments immediately preceding the violent quarrel that took place this morning between two foreigners a stone's throw from Piazza del Carmine, in the Stampace district, in Cagliari : an area often the scene of episodes of violence linked to the presence of groups of stragglers, Italians and non-Italians.

The reasons for the umpteenth clash, which took place in broad daylight, are unknown. The man armed with the bottle, a young African, was found in a lake of blood , unconscious, on the corner with vico Malta: he had a deep wound in his hand, caused by the bottle he used to attack (or to defend himself ). He had also been shot in the head: he was transported to the Brotzu in red code. It wouldn't be life threatening.

Rescuers were called by some witnesses. At that time, mid-morning, the area is very busy. Some of them even tried to film the scene.

No trace, however, of his opponent, who fled immediately afterwards. The carabinieri are on his trail.
