A ballot is underway to replace Luca Mazzitelli, who will be out for approximately two to three weeks. This is one of Fabio Pisacane's main options ahead of tonight's Inter-Cagliari match, the sixth-to-last Serie A matchday, scheduled for 8:45 PM at the Meazza Stadium. Michel Adopo is expected to replace the midfielder, who was injured in the 31st minute of last Saturday's win against Cremonese . Another option, however, hasn't been ruled out: dropping Michael Folorunsho, who would otherwise be part of the attacking trio. Up front, captain Leonardo Pavoletti is missing for the third consecutive match. Former Inter midfielder Sebastiano Esposito (a family challenge with his brother Francesco Pio), who has scored three goals in his last four appearances (he missed the Pisa game due to suspension), will be supported by Marco Palestra (under special observation at Inter) and Folorunsho himself, or by Semih Kılıçsoy if the number 90 is deployed in midfield. Andrea Belotti, who sustained a serious knee injury in the first leg of Cagliari-Inter on September 27, will also be available . In defense, the other question is between Juan Rodríguez and Alberto Dossena to partner Yerry Mina .
