Women's basketball: Dinamo also wins in Namur and goes to the round of 16 of the Eurocup

Historic qualification for the women's Eurocup round of 16 for Dinamo Women. After winning at PalaSerradimigni 79-73 the Sassari team repeats itself in Belgium in Namur: 63-52 in a match conducted immediately with a good margin.

Restivo's team will face the French Lattes-Montpellier in the next phase. The first match will be at home on 11 January and the return match will be away on 18 January.

Dinamo Women were truly authoritarian and with an excellent defense put the match straight away, conceding only 2 points in 5' where they were already at +8.

In the second quarter the hosts tried to get closer (17-24 at 15') but were pushed back by two triples from Hollingshead. And at the break Sassari was firmly in the lead.

In the last quarter Namur placed the zone press and recovered a couple of balls. Sassari messed up a bit but still managed to keep the Belgians at a safe distance.

The best scorer was the American Hollingshead with 19 points and also 16 rebounds, 18 points for Carangelo and 11 for Joens.
