The reality, Truzzu cuts short, is that the positions "went to those who supported her during the election campaign, in many cases to people without specific expertise in the matters" .

The former mayor of Cagliari, recalling the Five Star Movement's attacks on the Solinas "seat-filling" program, is now calling for a truth-finding operation. "The president, please answer four questions. What tasks do the consultants perform compared to those of the state task force? Who are the professionals chosen by the Council to implement the NRRP, and what are their skills? Which of the 105 positions contracted under the staff law are covered by the NRRP? How are they paid, if the NRRP is already funded by its own funds? "

Then the ironic conclusion: "If President Todde doesn't know how to explain something, she can always hire a consultant, someone who can explain what all the others are for."
