A hard text that begins like this: «Dear Dr. Paolo Cannas, as I wrote on the official page of the ASL – we read – I also write here on his personal page. I am directly concerned as the wife of the cancer patient in question. We weren't looking for culprits and executioners. We are crying out against a health system that doesn't work at all. We have produced the document that certifies what has been asked of us. We have hidden sensitive data for our privacy and that of the doctor who wrote this sentence.

The text continues as follows: «We have been threatened with legal action. Now, since we have exposed ourselves for the good of all and our confidentiality has failed, know that we will be the ones to take legal action for defamation. I am attaching the document so you will no longer be able to say that it is a fake».

The reference is to the letter that indicates a six-month wait from which the case exploded, and which initially the health leaders defined as probably false, but which is authentic. A letter that the medical director drafted «in agreement with the patient» was explained.
