The trial for gang rape resumes in Tempio in which Ciro Grillo and three of his Genoese friends, Edoardo Capitta, Vittorio Lauria and Francesco Corsiglia, are accused .

And after the dramatic hearings last December, the Italian-Norwegian girl alleged victim of violence returns to the courtroom. Two hearings are scheduled for tomorrow, Wednesday 31 January, and Thursday 1 February and the main accuser of the four boys will once again take to the witness stand for the events that occurred on the night between 16 and 17 July 2019 in the house owned by Beppe Grillo in Porto Cervo.

The student, 19 years old at the time of the events, will be cross-examined by the pool of Genoese defense lawyers, who will return to the night of the alleged rape. The videos found in the defendants' phones, shot by themselves during intercourse and then shown to friends, will be shown in the courtroom. Some photos relating to the evening spent by the girl and her friend in the company of the four defendants will also be shown .

After the last hearing, it was Francesco Corsiglia's lawyer Antonella Cuccureddu who ended up in the dock, from a media point of view, strongly criticized for a series of questions addressed to the girl, which the lawyers of the alleged victim defined as "from the Middle Ages ” . The lawyer came under attack on social media and filed a complaint with the Prosecutor's Office , but she also received certificates of solidarity from professionals.

Those questions, Cuccureddu had specified, were necessary to reconstruct the facts, and were the same ones already asked to the girl by the prosecutor and the carabinieri . Furthermore, he underlined, the alleged victim fell into contradictions "several times" and during the interrogation there was an "impressive series of non-recollection" .
