The owner of a Sinnai body shop got into trouble due to some irregularities discovered by the local police station who acted together with the Cagliari Labor Inspectorate Unit and the NIPAF (Environmental and Forestry Police Investigative Unit) of the Carabinieri of the capital and Sassari , and with the local Sinnai police.

The operation was aimed at combating environmental crimes, labor exploitation and illegal hiring.

Following the inspection carried out in the body shop, penalties were raised for a total of 11 thousand euros, the premises were seized as well as the equipment used for the illegal activities carried out.

In particular, the military ascertained that the owner carried out bodywork, mechanics and vehicle sales activities in a totally abusive manner and, within the premises, there was an employee, a 23-year-old from Settimo San Pietro, formally unemployed, and irregular in as he had no current employment contract .

Furthermore, the failure to register in the register of self-repairing activities, as well as the abandonment and uncontrolled deposit of waste, was also contested.
