In rebuilding the Oloè bridge , on the provincial road 46 between Dorgali and Oliena , which collapsed following the Cleopatra flood in 2013 , no poorer material was used than that envisaged in the contract and the variant to the initial project.

This is what the judge of the Court of Nuoro, Giovanni Angelicchio, established this morning, who after four years of trial acquitted the three defendants, the entrepreneur Roberto Sacramati, sole administrator of Costruzioni Sacramati (which won the contract for the reconstruction), Gianfranco Castiglioni, technical director of the company, and Antonio Giacobbe, director of the works of Anas, because the fact does not exist (the accusation was that of fraud in public supplies), and for not having committed the fact (for the attack on the transport safety).

The defendants were defended by the lawyers Luca Accardo, Maurizio Serra and Valerio Fundarò.

Under discussion, the Prosecutor had asked for the conviction of all the defendants for fraud in public supplies and acquittal for the attack on transport safety.
