A 23-year-old, Mirness Beganovic, was sentenced by the judges of the Tempio Tribunal to four years and six months of imprisonment for the alleged stalking and extortion of a 12-year-old boy. The events occurred in Olbia.

Beganovic, according to prosecutor Noemi Mancini, threatened the victim and frightened her, forcing her to take valuables from her parents' house. The boy was terrorized, according to the indictment, also with the threat of retaliation against his family.

The little boy, represented by the lawyer Giuseppe De Meo, eventually left Olbia with his family. Beganovic, defended by the lawyer Mariella Pirina, continues to declare himself innocent
