Via Molo di Sant'Agostino, Lungomare New York 11 September (so at the toponymy office, Via Roma on the port side for Cagliari residents) and the route reserved for buses will be closed to traffic on Saturday 4 November: the ordinance of the Municipality of Cagliari has been published with directions for traffic in view of the Armed Forces Festival which will be held at the port, in Calta Delogu.

The roads will be closed to traffic starting from 9am "until the needs cease", we read in the provision signed by the director of the traffic service, Daniele Olla.

Those arriving from the state road 195, or in any case from the western side of the city via via Riva di Ponente, will be obliged to turn into via Sassari and from here they will be able to continue along via Roma in the direction of viale Trieste (beyond the area cordoned off for works) or towards i Largo Carlo Felice. Because, as is known, the porticoed side of the artery is affected by the long redevelopment construction site.

A large red zone, therefore, has been set up to allow the event to take place safely, which for the first time will be held in Cagliari in a climate of strong international tension.

The presence of the President of the Republic Sergio Mattarella, the Minister of Defense Guido Crosetto and the President of the Senate Ignazio La Russa is expected on the stage set up in Calata Delogu, in front of which men and women in uniform belonging to various Corps will parade. The arrival of the Prime Minister, Giorgia Meloni, cannot be ruled out. The security measures provided are impressive: access to the area under the porticoes will also be monitored. And the entire body of water in front of the stage area was cleared, to make room for naval vessels.
