Subjected to special surveillance, a 34-year-old did not comply with his obligations and for this reason, yesterday morning, he was arrested by the state police in Cagliari .

The Volante agents, as they passed via Ferraris, noticed him while he was wandering around the back of some houses in the area and stopped him for investigations.

The 34-year-old, resident in the hinterland and with numerous precedents behind him , was found to be burdened by the preventive measure of special surveillance with various prescriptions including the obligation to stay in the Municipality of residence.

He was accompanied to his home and today a very direct audience is scheduled for him.
