In the technical advice drafted by the engineer Francesco Marongiu, commissioned by the prosecutor Maria Virginia Boi to study the damage to the car driven by the 31-year-old Marco Repetto who on November 28, 2021 overwhelmed and killed the 41-year-old Emanuela Mura in Carloforte , some useful elements emerge to reconstruct the dynamics of the fatal accident .

The woman was running and she would have noticed that the Fiat Punto moving in the opposite direction had a strange pace and for this reason she would have tried to escape to safety in a side street. But it was all in vain.

On 6 July Repetto will appear in court as accused of road murder. After the tragedy he did not stop to help but went away to set up himself in the barracks after a few hours.
