A concert in two parts as per the tradition of the Mediterranean Festival, a concert series curated by the cultural association “Arte in Musica”. Tuesday at 8:30 pm the Basilica del Sacro Cuore in Sassari hosts the organizer Riccardo Bonci at 8:30 pm followed by the Corale Vivaldi.

Terni's Bonci will play the "Tamburini" organ of the Sassari basilica for the concert "The English organ, from the small church to the great cathedral". The program includes pieces by John Reading, Samuel Sebastian Weasley, Edward Bairstow, Edward Elgar, Charles Hubert Hastings Parry, William Mathias.

The second part of the evening will feature the Vivaldi Choir of Sassari, directed by Maestro Daniele Manca, who will perform sacred songs composed by Giovanni Pierluigi da Palestrina, Andrea Gabrieli and Daniele Manca himself.
