The evening will also be a blast from the past: Cagliari will face Saint-Étienne, the same team that awaited them at the Sant'Elia stadium 55 years ago in their Champions Cup debut , with a memorable 3-0 victory and a historic brace from Riva . From 6:30 pm, family entertainment, baby dance, and Pully will be available for the public. The children of the Gigi Riva Football School will take center stage on the pitch with mini-challenges and games. Chiara Effe, a Sardinian singer-songwriter, will perform the song "Undici," written in homage to Riva.
Also taking the stage will be the international trio of James Maddock, Brian Mitchell, and Alex Valle, with an exclusive set that will include an English translation of Fabrizio De André's "Andrea," an original song, and a special dedication to Riva. Adding to the evening's excitement, Moses Concas & Band will deliver a powerful, contemporary performance—a balance of beatbox, harmonica, and urban groove, with a strong, distinctive sound. Following, Cagliari and Saint-Étienne will take to the field, accompanied by the children of the Gigi Riva Football School .
During halftime, there will be a special celebration of Radiolina's 50th anniversary . Manuel Cozzolino will be at the console, celebrating Sardinia's historic radio station, which will accompany the event and the match with a live broadcast by Lele Casini. The evening will conclude with the award ceremony, an original, modern piece created by Sardinian artisan Fernando Mussone, sculpted from Orosei marble and juniper wood.
