Radja Nainggolan risks the revocation of his driving license in Belgium. The facts refer to what happened on the night between 21 and 22 August last in Antwerp, the city of the team where the former rossoblù midfielder plays.

Nainggolan was stopped by police because he was caught overtaking where he was not allowed, while driving at twice the speed of 50 kilometers per hour. The investigations also revealed that he was driving under the influence of alcohol.

The case ended up in court, where the prosecution asked for the revocation of the license because the Ninja is "repeat offender" to this type of infringement.

The footballer's lawyer has asked for the sentence to be applied with a suspended sentence, so that Nainggolan can demonstrate his future good conduct. The same lawyer asked the judges for clemency, recalling that the Ninja had gone to celebrate his return home with friends after 16 years of playing abroad.

The sentence is expected for next December 16.
