Relaunched by the victories over Brindisi and Szczecin, the Sassari team tries to complete the week with a coup in Reggio Emilia. Tomorrow's match (9pm) on the parquet where Sassari won the scudetto is fundamental for access to the Italian Cup. Only a success can keep open the possibility of reaching the seventh or eighth position to compete in the Final 8.

Reggio Emilia is having a very good season which sees it tied in fifth place with Napoli just two points away from third position, occupied by Virtus Bologna. The team coached by the Greek Priftis has beaten Brindisi, Scafati, Cremona, Treviso, Pistoia, Pesaro and Naples, while it has always lost against the teams that are above it in the standings.

The most dangerous players are the guard Galloway (18 points with 41% from three), the winger Hervey (close to 17 points and guaranteed 5 rebounds) and the point guard Weber, who is also the one who offers the greatest contribution thanks to 11 points with 43% in triples and 4.5 assists.

The former Michele Vitali (he won the Super Cup in 2019 with Sassari) and Cagliari winger Sasha Grant play in the home team.
