Danish Hasnain , the man accused of kidnapping and killing his 18-year-old niece Saman Abbas in Novellara (Reggio Emilia) on April 30, denied the murder charges.

"It's all false - he told the judge of the Chambre de l'Instruction of the Court of Appeal of Paris, the city where he was arrested last week , who notified him of the Italian extradition request - maybe someone saw me? left the house? ".

The man remained silent for as long as the judge read him the accusations that are the basis of Italy's request for extradition. Request that Hasnain categorically refuses.

Then an interpreter translated the magistrate's words to him and he replied: "I take note of all this, but it is all false. It is Saman's father who said it was his uncle, that is me. I do not understand how he was. arrived at this mandate at the level of Interpol ".

At this point the president of the Chambre de l'Instruction interrupted him: "This court does not judge on the merits", he explained.

After the hearing, the 33-year-old was again transported to Fresnes prison, south of the French capital.

The court, which is the body called to decide on extradition requests, has already set the second hearing for October 20.

In Paris there are also the carabinieri of the Reggio Emilia investigative unit, who have discovered that Hasnain and Nomanulaq Nomanulaq, the still fugitive cousin, were in contact.

By analyzing the fake profiles on social media used by the 33-year-old in these five months of inaction, in fact, the military managed to collect useful information to determine the position of his cousin, who would also be in the French capital.
