From Cagliari to Buckingham Palace: Emiliana Scarpa's pizza conquers the United Kingdom
The "royal" initiative of the Sardinian chef, who created a specialty dedicated to King Charles, also makes headlines in the British tabloids

The pizza dedicated to King Charles III of England, created by the Cagliari-based pizza chef Emiliana Scarpa at Buckingham Palace .
After having "designed" it in collaboration with Graziella Frau on the occasion of the coronation of the new sovereign of the United Kingdom, Scarpa decided to bring his "royal" specialty (topped with a crown) to the gates of the Windsor residence in the City, where she went to promote her business and to participate in the culinary format "The Italian show" .
His presence - and that of his pizza (garnished with sheep's mozzarella) at the royal palace did not go unnoticed, not even by the tabloids. The Express , for example, dedicated an article to her entitled: “Italian chef behind King's Coronation pizza proudly displays new creation outside Palace” . That is: “The Italian chef who dedicated a pizza to King Charles proudly displays her creation at Buckingham Palace”.
