Too much Inter for Cagliari: at San Siro it ends 4-0

After the string of draws, a new defeat for Cagliari, which is literally scrambled by Inter at San Siro.

The Nerazzurri won 4-0: Lautaro scored (double), Calhanoglu and Sanchez, with Cragno in the evening of grace limiting the passive by saving a penalty from Lautaro and showing off a long series of sensational interventions. But that's not enough to avoid the debacle.

Despite the gust, the Nerazzurri immediately regained control of the game and in a few minutes they also shot with Skriniar and Lautaro, without however worrying too much Cragno.

Inzaghi's team still maintains the initiative, broken in the first half hour only by a high shot from Marin and a cross from the usual Bellanova for Joao who hits the Inter wall with his head.

Just after half an hour Inter took the lead: Calhanoglu's perfect corner from the right, with Lautaro taking the lead, anticipating Joao Pedro and Dalbert for the 1-0.

The rossoblù reaction comes after 4 minutes, with a good action started by Grassi, who then fails to find the paw in front of Handanovic on Joao Pedro's return ball.

At the end of time still Inter: Sanchez tries from two steps, but Cragno blocks him with a super-intervention. Then Cragno himself spreads Dumfries at the net and Marchetti assigns the penalty to the hosts. Lautaro shows up on the spot, but El Toro lets himself be hypnotized by Cragno who rejects in a big way and avoids the 2-0. But it is not over: in the recovery the rossoblù goalkeeper also opposes Brozovic allowing Cagliari to arrive at the interval at a disadvantage but still in the game.

SECOND HALF - In the second half the script does not change: Inter keeps the initiative, Cagliari waits. But the wait of the Sardinians does not pay and after 5 minutes the Nerazzurri double. Barella controls the dribble and bowl in the area, fishing in the heart of the area Alexis Sanchez who hits Cragno on the fly and scores 2-0.

Galvanized by the double advantage, Inter tried to spread, with Dumfries entering the area but finishing on Cragno, still good at going out and closing the mirror.
