In Cagliari, the analysis of the offer, carried out by the Tecnocasa Group Research Department in July 2021, shows that the most popular type is the three-room apartment , with 38.2%.

Followed by the four-room apartments (26.1%), the two-room apartments (16.9%) and the five rooms (11.9%).

Not unlike the offer in Carbonia and Sassari, where there is no market for studio apartments (in the capital they are equal to 6.8% of the total properties for sale).

In both cities, three-room apartments always predominate (42.9% and 40.2% respectively), followed by four-room apartments (28.5% and 32.6% respectively). The two-room apartments are less present on the market (respectively 14.3% and 12.4%)

According to national data, in large cities, the percentages of two-room, three-room and four-room apartments on the market are increasing compared to January 2021, while the percentage of offer of the five rooms is decreasing, most likely because those who own a house large size decides not to sell it.
