“The Photo Solstice”, the art of photography in the heart of Barbagia

"The Photo Solstice # 4" in the heart of Barbagia , the project dedicated to photography promoted by the Foundation of Sardinia as part of AR / S Arte Condivisa in Sardegna curated by Marco Delogu and organized in collaboration with the municipality of Gavoi, ended .

The town of Nuoro hosted workshops and public talks. The first saw the participation of the 17 participants, installed together with tutors and speakers in widespread accommodation and study spaces to talk about the fundamental themes of photography.

Heart of this year's edition were the three workshops held respectively by Marco Delogu, George Georgiou and Vanessa Winship, Jem Southam.

The photographers, divided into three distinct groups, worked on a collective project enriching it with their points of view.

The evening public talks were the real novelty of the 2022 edition. These moments gave rise to opportunities for dialogue and confrontation across the board on the art of photography.
