Strootman, intervention at Villa Stuart: back in 2022
The Cagliari midfielder, undergoing an operation in the Roman clinic, will miss his next year-end commitments
“Finished for Kevin Strootman 2021”.
The player has in fact undergone a knee cleaning operation at the Villa Stuart clinic in Rome.
From what we learn, the Dutch Cagliari midfielder - victim of a physical problem already in recent days and forced to forfeit in the match against Turin - should stop until January, skipping the last matches of this year (Inter, Udinese and Cagliari in the league and Cittadella in the Italian Cup).
Strootman, 31, who arrived in the summer to strengthen the rossoblù median, has so far made ten appearances in Sardinia, with 4 yellow cards, while the goals and assists boxes are still zero.
