In serious condition, a 40-year-old was injured yesterday in a road accident while driving a Fiat Punto along the 195 / Racc state road , wet from the abundant rains of the day.
The woman was heading towards Cagliari Centro when, having reached a bend at the crossroads that leads to Via Santa Gilla , she lost control of the car and ended up against the guardrail .
Some motorists who witnessed the scene called for help.
The wound was rescued by 118 staff and transported in critical condition to the Emergency Department of the Brotzu Hospital before being transferred to the Emergency Surgery ward. Prognosis is reserved.
According to reports, she underwent a delicate surgery. We investigate to understand the reason for the accident, mechanical failure is not excluded.
The staff of the Road Accident Section of the Cagliari Local Police intervened on the spot for the reliefs.
