Wind energy, the "moratorium" is not scary: the demand for blades in the south-east of Sardinia doubles
The application for the construction of a maxi plant between Maracalagonis and Sinnai has just been filed: areas already affected by another project

The Region's "moratorium" against wind and photovoltaic energy is not scary, which should block the construction of plants for the production of renewable energy in Sardinia for 18 months. It is still a council resolution, the law does not exist. And the requests for authorization keep coming.
The latest one filed with the Ministry of the Environment and Energy Security is dated May 6th (just a week had passed since the resolution). The Ecowind 6 company wants to place 17 generators hundreds of meters high between Sinnai and Maracalagonis. Same areas of competence as another highly contested project, that for a shovel wall above Baccu Mandara, up to Sette Fratelli, in the Bruncu de Lianu area. A company with a similar name and the same address is acting there.
The wind from Sardinia continues to be too attractive, despite the positions taken by the Sardinian institutions.
