The bridge over the Rio Mannu, along provincial road 15, at the entrance to the Tramatza Municipality, will be closed to vehicular traffic on Thursday 4 July, exactly from 9am until the completion of the works. The workers will have to intervene for the static, seismic and load-bearing capacity checks of the infrastructure. This is what is provided for in provincial ordinance number eleven signed by the director of the road sector of the Province of Oristano, the engineer Giuseppe Pinna.

Public transport vehicles and emergency vehicles will be allowed to transit along the stretch of road. The document also states that "in the event that during the execution of the load tests further limitations on the road section in question become necessary, they will be communicated with the issuing of new ordinances". It then reads that "normal vehicular traffic will be restored without the issuance of a new order at the conclusion of the load tests".

The documentation was also sent to the prefecture of Oristano, the traffic police, the provincial command of the carabinieri, the fire brigade and the neighboring municipalities.
